This was the day before our assessment so we spent 6 hours:
-installing Isadora on the two MacBooks which didnt yet have it,
-running the performance and noting down on what we could improve,
-taping down the wires for safety precautions,
-hanging decorations from the rig to make the performance feel more magical and real,
-finalizing EVERYTHING and making sure everything was finished,
-testing the projections and set to check it looked effective in the theatre surroundings and
-pre setting the sensors so they were ready for the day.
Within our run through I made a list of things we needed to change for the assessment, these included elements such as timings and confidence within speaking. So on the next run through we really focused on these elements, which made our assessment much better.
